Assists with all aspects of

customer care including

greeting clients, answering queries, providing updates, completing transactions etc.

Requirements:

High school diploma

BGCSE in Math and English

Working knowledge of

Microsoft Word and

Excel is a must

Must be able to navigate

internet and email

Must be reliable, organized, team oriented, and a quick learner, and must have strong written and verbal

communication skills

Previous experience in an

office environment preferred
